Primary Responsibilities:Sales Support:- Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
- Maintain and update customer records and CRM systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate channels.
- Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and analytics.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to clients.
Marketing Support:- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital, social media, offline).
- Prepare and organize promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and email templates.
- Support the creation and scheduling of social media content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, or other creatives to produce marketing assets.
- Manage logistics for events, campaigns, and promotions (e.g., venue booking, event setup, etc.).
Customer Engagement:- Act as a point of contact for customer feedback and escalations.
- Engage with customers to promote products, services, or campaigns.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential leads to convert them into sales.
Market Research:- Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Assist in preparing market research reports to identify potential business opportunities.
Administrative Tasks:- Organize and maintain documentation related to sales and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for the sales and marketing teams.
- Handle purchase orders, invoices, and expense tracking related to marketing and sales activities.
Collaboration with Departments:
Educational Background:- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Experience:- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills:- Proficient in computer literacy (Microsoft Office etc).
- Strong communication skills.
Language Proficiency:- Knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia, English, and other languages is an added advantage.
