Primary Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
  • Maintain and update customer records and CRM systems.
  • Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate channels.
  • Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and analytics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to clients.

    Marketing Support:

    • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital, social media, offline).
    • Prepare and organize promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and email templates.
    • Support the creation and scheduling of social media content.
    • Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, or other creatives to produce marketing assets.
    • Manage logistics for events, campaigns, and promotions (e.g., venue booking, event setup, etc.).

      Customer Engagement:

      • Act as a point of contact for customer feedback and escalations.
      • Engage with customers to promote products, services, or campaigns.
      • Conduct follow-ups with potential leads to convert them into sales.

        Market Research:

        • Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
        • Assist in preparing market research reports to identify potential business opportunities.

          Administrative Tasks:

          • Organize and maintain documentation related to sales and marketing campaigns.
          • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for the sales and marketing teams.
          • Handle purchase orders, invoices, and expense tracking related to marketing and sales activities.

            Collaboration with Departments:

            • Support the coordination of cross-departmental initiatives (e.g., training sessions, workshops, etc.).

              Performance Tracking:

              • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns.
              • Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.

                Additional Tasks:

                • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management to support the team’s goals and objectives.

Educational Background:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

    Experience:

    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

      Skills:

      • Proficient in computer literacy (Microsoft Office etc).
      • Strong communication skills.

        Language Proficiency:

        • Knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia, English, and other languages is an added advantage.

          Personality Traits:

          • Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn.
          • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

            Additional:

            • Familiarity with social media platforms or basic design skills is a bonus.
