1. Stay focused on the resort’s Vision and ensuring all tasks carried out are in accordance to the resort’s established Mission Statement. 2. Maintain the cleanliness of entire kitchen area, food storage area, as well as live cooking station and buffet display counters. Ensure the kitchen floor is always dry and not slippery. 3. Ensure all drainage system and grease traps are well maintained. 4. Check regularly on heating fuel for buffet display. Ensure prompt replenishment to ensure hot food is kept warm at all times. 5. Familiar and understand proper usage of all cleaning chemicals and machinery. 6. Clean, wash and dry all dining ware, cooking utensils, tools, cutleries and other flatware according to the hygiene standard. 7.
