Job Description 1. DIGITAL SALES MANAGEMENT Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, focusing on TikTok as a primary platform. Plan and manage promotional campaigns including flash sales, giveaways, and other live-stream-specific promotions. Analyze sales data and audience insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI. Collaborate with the marketing team to create content aligned with brand identity and sales objectives. 2. CONTENT MANAGEMENT Stay updated on TikTok trends, hashtags, and viral content to maintain relevance. Develop innovative video concepts and campaigns Manage TikTok activities including posting, commenting, and audience interaction. 3. CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT Build relationships with followers and customers through regular engagement Address customer enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Foster a loyal community around the brand. 4. REPORTING & ANALYSIS Track and report live-streaming performance metrics such as views, engagement rates, and sales. Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify areas for improvement. Present regular updates to management in Tiktok performance and sales outcomes Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in digital sales or live hosting Hands-on experience managing TikTok or other social media platforms Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in live settings. Creative problem-solving and ability to adapt to a live audience's needs. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies. Confidence and charisma to engage and retain viewers
