1.0 Sales Support and Administration:
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
- Manage sales orders, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery.
- Track and update customer information.
- Maintain and update sales reports, sales pipeline, and client databases.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
2.0 Customer Relationship Management:
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in managing customer accounts, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Maintain positive relationships with both existing and potential clients to support sales activities and customer retention.
3.0 Sales Process and Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, including sales reports, contract documents, and client correspondence.
- Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
4.0 Order Management and Coordination:
- Support the sales team in managing and processing orders from customers.
- Track order status and ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Handle order-related issues, such as discrepancies or delays, and ensure resolution is provided promptly.
5.0 Sales Team Support:
- Provide administrative support for sales meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements for sales team members when required.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, promotions, and campaigns.
6.0 Other Duties:
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or other senior managers to support the business needs.
