Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about user-centered design, modern design trends, and crafting exceptional digital experiences. As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and refine digital interfaces that resonate with users and elevate our clients' brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent design, conceptual thinking, and user interface skills, maximizing typography, content, and imagery for web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Improve and polish existing designs, workflows, and interfaces based on user and client feedback.
• Translate user research, personas, and project requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and refine designs to enhance user satisfaction.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to ensure competitive and visually appealing designs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas aligned with company objectives.
• Design visually cohesive elements that strengthen brand identity and elevate digital products.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within the corporate or creative industry.

Preferred Skills

• Strong conceptual design skills, with proficiency in pattern-based UI design.
• Passion for digital trends across industries and a proactive approach to staying informed.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design software.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, design skills, and understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles and current design trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
