  • Manage and track all IT requests using system and spreadsheets.
  • Monitor IT operations and provide regular updates to the team.
  • Provide first-level technical support to resolve service requests and incidents.
  • Update stakeholders on ticket statuses and ensure tickets are resolved within agreed timelines.
  • Perform monthly monitoring and reporting of open tickets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain and manage IT asset records, including hardware, software and licenses.
  • Oversee the deployment and allocation of IT assets to users and departments.
  • Ensure an accurate and up-to-date inventory of IT assets is maintained.
  • Respond to service requests and incidents via phone,email or ticketing systems.
  • Perform relevant tasks as assigned by department from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
