- Manage and track all IT requests using system and spreadsheets.
- Monitor IT operations and provide regular updates to the team.
- Provide first-level technical support to resolve service requests and incidents.
- Update stakeholders on ticket statuses and ensure tickets are resolved within agreed timelines.
- Perform monthly monitoring and reporting of open tickets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain and manage IT asset records, including hardware, software and licenses.
- Oversee the deployment and allocation of IT assets to users and departments.
- Ensure an accurate and up-to-date inventory of IT assets is maintained.
- Respond to service requests and incidents via phone,email or ticketing systems.
- Perform relevant tasks as assigned by department from time to time.
