Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive/Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources and will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Manage employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

2. Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Organize and implement employee engagement programs to promote a positive work culture.
  • Address and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and professional manner.

3. HR Operations:

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

4. Performance Management:

  • Facilitate performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and employees.
  • Assist in developing training and development plans to enhance employee skills.

5. Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other statutory requirements.

6. Learning and Development:

  • Identify training needs and organize internal and external training sessions.
  • Support career development initiatives for employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
