We are looking for a motivated Finance and Admin Associate to assist with financial tasks and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support our team in ensuring smooth daily operations.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive/Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources and will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Organize and implement employee engagement programs to promote a positive work culture.
- Address and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and professional manner.
3. HR Operations:
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
4. Performance Management:
- Facilitate performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Assist in developing training and development plans to enhance employee skills.
5. Policy Development and Compliance:
- Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other statutory requirements.
6. Learning and Development:
- Identify training needs and organize internal and external training sessions.
- Support career development initiatives for employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
