Role Overview: As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a dynamic learning journey where you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of our gelato business. You will start by working closely with our team in both customer service and kitchen operations, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of our processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in serving customers and ensuring a delightful gelato experience.
• Learn and perform kitchen duties including preparation, production, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Support daily operational tasks and collaborate with team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.

Requirements:

• Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Possess a growth mindset and adaptability to take on new challenges.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to varying job scopes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field would be an advantage, though not required.
