Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities domestically and internationally.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and challenges.
- Provide technical or product information to help clients make informed decisions.
- Address client complaints or feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (e.g., production, supply chain) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist in production planning and supply chain management.
- Provide sales forecasts to support production planning and inventory management.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer information.
Experience:
- At least 1-2 years experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Experience or knowledge of automotive industry is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
