JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Branch Operations Management:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of branch operations, including the coordination and supervision of security staff.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality security services to clients while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee scheduling and deployment of security officers based on client needs and operational requirements.
  • Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of security equipment and systems at client sites.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Regularly meet with clients to assess service satisfaction, resolve issues, and discuss future security needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or escalations promptly.

3. Team Leadership and Development:

  • Recruit, hire, train, and onboard security personnel, ensuring staff meet the company's standards for service excellence.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to the security team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement development programs to enhance the team's skills and performance.

4. Financial and Budget Management:

  • Manage branch budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while meeting profitability targets.
  • Prepare financial reports, track expenditures, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor the profitability of contracts, ensuring that service agreements are adhered to and are financially sustainable.

5. Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure that the branch adheres to all applicable legal, regulatory, and safety requirements, including industry standards and best practices.
  • Oversee the implementation of training programs, safety protocols, and emergency response plans.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

6. Operational Strategy and Improvement:

  • Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Identify areas for service enhancement, process improvement, and operational cost savings.
  • Participate in the development of long-term business plans and growth strategies for the branch.

7. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of branch activities, personnel, client communications, and service reports.
  • Submit regular performance reports, client feedback, and financial updates to upper management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
