In this role, you will be at the forefront of providing excellent customer experience to the customers. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. - Minimum Diploma or higher.
- Fluent in English
- Preferably with outspoken personality, presentable outlook and personality.
- With Customer Service experience is essential.

- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
