- Problem Resolution:Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring smooth store operations and a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Floor Operations:Supervise daily floor activities, including staff schedules, stock arrangement, and overall store presentation.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail or brand management (experience in fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and retail management software.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple brands or outlets.
- Passion for customer service and brand representation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and retail marketing strategies is an advantage.
