1. Administrative Support:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, such as booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

    2. Finance Operations:

    • Assist in preparing financial reports, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate accounting records.
    • Support payroll processing and ensure timely payments to employees and clients.
    • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

      3. Documentation Management:

      • Prepare and manage confidential documents and reports.
      • Maintain and organize filing systems for easy retrieval.
      • Support the preparation of compliance and regulatory documentation for IPO and M&A processes.

        4. Coordination:

        • Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and operations.
        • Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and other service providers as required.
        • Assist in organizing client meetings, conferences, and corporate events.

          5. Compliance:

          • Monitor deadlines for filings and submissions related to financial and corporate governance.

            6. Project Support:

            • Provide support for special projects, including data collection, research, and analysis.
            • Assist in drafting project proposals, presentations, timelines, and progress reports.
            • Take minutes during meetings and ensure proper follow-up on decisions made.

              7. Other Duties:

              • Provide administrative and operational support to senior management.
              • Take on ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative and/or finance-related role.
  • Language requirement : English, Malay and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory processes related to finance and corporate governance is a plus.
  • Salary Range:RM2500 - RM4500
  • Working Hour:9am - 6pm
