CEO’s Secretary
On behalf of our client, a MNC company, we are assisting in the search for a qualified candidate to fill the position of CEO’s Secretary. This is a key role that will support the CEO in day-to-day administrative operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Clerical Work: Drafting, editing, and managing various clerical materials such as reports, letters, and meeting minutes.
File Management: Archiving and collating important documents to ensure confidentiality and security.
Daily Affairs: Assisting the CEO with daily operations, including scheduling, meeting organization, and itinerary coordination.
Communication and Coordination: Acting as the communication bridge between the CEO and various departments, ensuring smooth transmission of information.
Conference Support: Organizing, recording, and following up on meetings to ensure the implementation of decisions.
Requirements
Requirements:
Education: A bachelor's degree or higher in administrative management, business, or related fields.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or secretary, with knowledge of enterprise operations and administrative management processes.
Skills: Strong written communication and editing abilities, excellent organizational and coordination skills.
Communication: The ability to effectively communicate and coordinate resources between various parties, with proficiency in both speaking and reading Mandarin, is essential.
Professionalism: Meticulous, responsible, patient, and able to maintain confidentiality.
