Collaborate with the finance department to invoice customers for sales fees or outstanding debt. Collect payments from customers, including outstanding debts and sales fees, in a timely manner. Follow up on overdue payments, maintain regular communication with customers, and resolve any billing issues or disputes. Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 1 year proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably within the fresh produce/ frozen food market. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
