HR Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
- Posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
Employee Onboarding:
- Conducting orientation for new hires, explaining company policies, and ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to start their role.
Payroll & Compensation:
- Administering employee salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
- Ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
Employee Relations:
- Managing relationships between employees and employers.
- Handling workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Training & Development:
- Organizing and coordinating training programs to enhance employees' skills.
- Identifying development opportunities for staff.
Performance Management:
- Supporting the performance appraisal process and providing feedback to employees and managers.
Compliance with Labor Laws:
- Ensuring the company follows labor laws and regulations, including working hours, safety, and benefits.
Admin Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and ensuring a safe and functional workspace.
- Managing office maintenance and keeping the environment organized.
Document Management:
- Organizing, storing, and maintaining company documents, both physical and electronic.
- Ensuring that important records are accessible and kept confidential.
Scheduling & Calendar Management:
- Managing meetings, appointments, and coordinating schedules for managers or executives.
- Organizing travel arrangements and itineraries for staff when necessary.
Communication & Correspondence:
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and postal mail.
- Maintaining effective communication between departments.
Event Coordination:
- Organizing company events, such as meetings, conferences, and employee activities.
Office Budgeting:
- Overseeing office expenditures, ensuring the budget is adhered to, and managing petty cash.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
