  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and a flair for creating exceptional dishes in a high-end dining environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen
  • Create innovative and enticing menus
  • Ensure food quality meets the highest standards
  • Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities
  • Maintain inventory levels and control costs
  • Implement and maintain proper food handling procedures
  • Collaborate with management to plan and execute banquet events
  • Provide leadership in all aspects of food service, including shift and kitchen management

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in fine dining establishments
  • Strong background in the food industry with a focus on food management and kitchen operations
  • Proficient in inventory control and cost management
  • Excellent knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals
  • Prior experience in banquet operations is a plus

Requirement

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or similar role in similar setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
