Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and a flair for creating exceptional dishes in a high-end dining environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen
- Create innovative and enticing menus
- Ensure food quality meets the highest standards
- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities
- Maintain inventory levels and control costs
- Implement and maintain proper food handling procedures
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute banquet events
- Provide leadership in all aspects of food service, including shift and kitchen management
Requirements
- Extensive experience in fine dining establishments
- Strong background in the food industry with a focus on food management and kitchen operations
- Proficient in inventory control and cost management
- Excellent knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals
- Prior experience in banquet operations is a plus
Requirement
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or similar role in similar setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in culinary techniques, menu development, and food presentation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
