Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing E-commerce Executive to join our growing team at Digital Marketing Lah. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to boost e-commerce performance for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clients’ online stores are optimized for visibility, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Management
- Manage and optimize clients' e-commerce stores on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, WooCommerce, and others.
- Update and maintain accurate product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and stock availability.
- Plan and implement e-commerce promotions, campaigns, and product launches to meet client goals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into actionable e-commerce strategies.
Performance Optimization
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Implement and monitor strategies to improve sales performance, including optimizing product rankings and store visibility.
- Stay updated on platform algorithms and best practices to ensure clients’ stores stay competitive.
Customer Engagement
- Address customer reviews, feedback, and queries in a timely manner to maintain positive ratings and reputation.
Marketing Campaign Support
- Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute advertising campaigns (e.g., platform-specific ads on Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Leverage promotional tools such as vouchers, flash sales, and bundle deals to boost conversions.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns and other client retention initiatives to drive repeat purchases.
Reporting & Insights
- Generate regular performance reports, including traffic, sales, conversion rates, and campaign outcomes.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve store performance and meet sales targets.
Key Requirements:
Educational Background:
Diploma or Degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce management or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, or WooCommerce
Skills:
Strong understanding of e-commerce platform ecosystems and tools.
Proficiency in managing online store operations, including inventory, promotions, and customer experience.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret sales and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects.
Technical Knowledge (Preferred but not mandatory):
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, e-commerce analytics dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
Basic graphic design or content editing skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for store visuals.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
