- Solicit potential customers; develop and maintain all assigned existing accounts
- Attend customers' enquiries promptly; prepare quotations for customers; negotiate terms with customers
- Follow up on enquiries from customers and sales leads from agents
- Attend customer's requirements and provide professional suggestions
- Perform sales calls to understand the real-time market and close deals with customers
- Meet with assigned clients with the technical team to perform a demo
- Collect information about the client’s business through a variety of methods.
- Develop and maintain good business relationships with customers
- ,At least a Degree of any discipline from a recognised institution
- At least 2 years of working experience in Sales is required for this position (Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply for junior level positions)
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia both in writing and oral communication
- Mandarin speaking is optional but an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook)
- Applicants MUST be willing to work in Penang Island
