Key Responsibilities:

Store Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Noir Health & Beauty Shopee store, ensuring it aligns with company standards.
Product Listings: Create and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and keywords to increase visibility.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets on Shopee.
Promotions: Plan and manage promotional campaigns, flash sales, and special offers to boost sales.
Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
Analytics: Monitor and analyze sales data, traffic, and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability and timely fulfillment of orders.
Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to remain competitive on the platform.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
Proven experience in managing online sales, preferably on Shopee or other e-commerce platforms.
Familiarity with Shopee Seller Center tools and features.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce trends and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using analytics tools and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
