Overall Purpose Of The Job:
Actively support the Sales Team by preparing and managing sales quotations, tracking sales activities, monitoring customer accounts, using the CRM tool, following up on quotes, compiling reports, building customer relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and assisting with key tasks as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Actively support the Sales Team in RFPs by preparing sales quotations and handling sales-related issues.
- Provide submissions to customers for their requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Track and report on sales engagement activities (e.g., sales pipeline, sales closure, and sales target variances).
- Monitor customer account activities (e.g., sales appointments and overseas meetings).
- Use the company CRM tool to prepare sales quotations.
- Actively follow up on submitted Sales Quotations to ensure successful closure.
- Compile sales account activities and forecasting reports.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers and prospects.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Commercial, Finance, and Provisioning.
- Perform administrative duties related to the Sales Team.
- Provide weekly reports on sales activities and customer meetings.
- Assist with key tasks as required by management to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
