 Generate leads through networking, attending industry events, and leveraging market insights.

 Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders, proposals, and grant applications.

 Maintain a database of potential clients and funding opportunities to ensure continuous business growth.

Sales Support

 Collaborate with the sales team to create customized solutions for prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and DeMi Group’s capabilities.

 Support the preparation of sales presentations and pitches tailored to specific industries.

 Follow up on leads, proposals, and client communications to secure business deals.

Grant & Loan Application Assistance

 Assist in gathering documentation and drafting applications for grants and loans to support subsidiary projects.

 Coordinate with funding bodies and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

 Track and report on the status of applications, ensuring alignment with project timelines.

Client Relationship Management

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with DeMi Group’s services.

 Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.

 Collect feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

Market Research & Analysis

 Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities.

 Provide insights and recommendations to improve DeMi Group’s competitive positioning.

 Stay updated on industry developments, particularly in ICT, smart security, and retail sectors.

Reporting & Documentation

 Track and report on key metrics, including leads generated, proposals submitted, and contracts secured.

 Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and business development activities.

 Support the preparation of reports for senior management to assess business growth and strategy effectiveness.

Education:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.

 Prior experience with grant and loan applications or working in industries such as government services, GLCs, healthcare, or education is an advantage.

Skills:

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

 Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge & Expertise:

 Familiarity with tendering processes and funding mechanisms for government and corporate projects.

 Awareness of DeMi Group’s core services and solutions, including ICT systems, security technologies, and retail operations.
