1. Customer Service: Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding products, answering questions, and offering product advice. Handle customer complaints and returns professionally and efficiently. 2. Sales: Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by recommending products and demonstrating product features. Upsell and cross-sell products to increase store sales. Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the store manager. 3. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered by the store. Stay updated on new product arrivals, features, and promotions. Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and care instructions. 4. Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Restock shelves and displays with new merchandise. Arrange products according to store layout and merchandising guidelines. 5. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or low stock levels to the store manager. Assist in the receiving, unpacking, and labeling of merchandise deliveries. Conduct regular inventory counts and audits. 6. Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately. Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash and card transactions. Handle refunds and exchanges according to store policies. 7. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store objectives. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Support colleagues during busy periods and share best practices. 8. Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the store manager. Report any issues or incidents to the store manager promptly. Provide feedback on customer preferences and product trends. 9. Marketing and Promotions: Assist in setting up promotional displays and signage. Participate in in-store events and promotions. Engage customers through social media and other marketing channels as directed. 10. Compliance: Adhere to all store policies, procedures, and regulations. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and store operations.
