Process specialist

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in Process Management or Lean Six Sigma are highly desirable. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in process improvement or a similar role. Proven track record of implementing successful process improvement initiatives. Experience in working with cross-functional teams. Technical Skills: Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Minitab). Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies. Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Other Requirements: Willingness to work flexible hours and travel if necessary. Strong commitment to safety and quality standards. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
