- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, arranging interviews, salary proposals, onboarding, orientation, and exit interviews.
- Handle HR administrative duties such as preparing HR-related letters, insurance, and maintaining HR documentation.
- Administer SQL Payroll system and handle leave matters related to resignation, interns, professional studies, etc.
- Act as the primary contact for employees and business leaders seeking HR support on processes and policies.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Prepare headcount and movement reports.
- Check staff attendance and resolve discrepancies.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Result-oriented.
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of HR generalist experience.
- Detail-minded, analytical, and possess a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Good understanding of Labour Law.
