  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, arranging interviews, salary proposals, onboarding, orientation, and exit interviews.
  • Handle HR administrative duties such as preparing HR-related letters, insurance, and maintaining HR documentation.
  • Administer SQL Payroll system and handle leave matters related to resignation, interns, professional studies, etc.
  • Act as the primary contact for employees and business leaders seeking HR support on processes and policies.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Prepare headcount and movement reports.
  • Check staff attendance and resolve discrepancies.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Result-oriented.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of HR generalist experience.
  • Detail-minded, analytical, and possess a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Good understanding of Labour Law.
