Responsibility- Answering inbound calls from customers.
- Retain the customers to continue using our telco plan.
- Promoting our telco plans and promotions.
- Work closely with team members and leaders always to achieve quality results and productivity.
- Ensure efficient escalation of priority request/feedback towards effective resolution.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
- Proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader.
Requirements- Minimum SPM
- Experienced in contact centre/customer service/ customer support /BPO working environment.
- Must be proficient in English
- Only Malaysian Citizens are eligible to apply.
- Willing to work in Shift & Rotation basis.
