- Monitor and manage employee and workers' punch card records.
- Ensure the accuracy of attendance data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Plan and organize employee gatherings, team-building activities, and other events.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venues, catering, and schedules, to enhance employee engagement.
- Assist in recruiting qualified candidates by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and support payroll processing by providing attendance data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
- Proven experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with HR software and attendance management systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
