Shipping & Receiving:- Receive shipments, inspect goods for quality and quantity.
- Store items correctly in the warehouse.
Warehouse Organization:- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Ensure products are accessible and properly labeled.
Customer Support:- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide timely solutions.
Order Tracking & Updates:- Assist customers with order status updates and process returns or exchanges.
- Ensure concerns are resolved effectively.
Product Information:- Provide detailed information about products, availability, pricing, and promotions.
Qualifications & Experience:Education:- SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
Experience:- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or customer service preferred.
- Experience in both warehouse management and customer service is highly valued.
