EVENT EXECUTIVE - INDOOR PLAYGROUND EVENTS

1. To ensure the daily activities meet with customers to assess their needs and determine the purpose of the event. 2. Manage crew responsible for event coordination activities. Coordinate details of events such as daily activities events, and special store events for all stores under the indoor playground. 3. Coordinate with the Marketing department for event promotion items. 4. To submit ordering for store event/activities items and prepare purchase orders, and payment vouchers until items are delivered to the respective store. 5. Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet expectations 6. Setting, communicating, and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project to operation store or business partner. 8. Providing leadership, motivation, direction, and support to the team. 9. Travelling to stores for training, inspections, and project managing events on weekdays and weekend if required. 11. Ability to lead and motivate the team and good at hitting deadlines. 12. Multi-tasker to the Company. 13. A creative approach to a problem-solving and high level of attention to detail. 14. Coordinate details of events such as birthdays, anniversaries, charity events & surprise parties. 15. Analyze event performance and prepare metrics presentation via store visits, conference meetings and etc. 16. Define the company brand through events. 17. Ensure staff is adequately prepared for the event and ensure the day of the event goes smoothly. 18. Set up together with crew members for new store opening & revamp for booths other event decorations 19. To prepare event reports and staff performance analyses by end of the month or when required.
