This role involves supporting existing dealers and merchants. Preferably candidates with outdoor sales/ servicing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Service Existing Merchants/ Dealers: Build and maintain strong relationships with current dealers and merchants.
- Provide Ongoing Support & Training: Offer continuous training, briefing, and guidance to new and existing dealers/merchants.
- Address Enquiries and Feedback: Respond to customer and business partner enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Market Monitoring: Regularly report market responses, dealer/merchant feedback, and competitor activity to management.
- Campaign Execution & Support: Assist in developing, executing, and supporting marketing campaigns aimed at increasing sales and brand awareness.
- Generate Sales Reports: Create weekly and monthly visitation plans and monitor dealer sales performance.
- Brand Awareness Enhancement: Design, deliver, and set up Point-of-Purchase (POP) materials at dealer/merchant outlets.
- Event Support: Attend and provide support for events organized by manufacturers, merchants, dealers, or the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Possess 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in business development, client servicing, sales, customer service, etc. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be required, as the role is required to manage Mandarin-speaking business partners.
- Possess own vehicle (car) and willing to travel & outstation. Car allowance will be provided.
