1. Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals. 2. Gather stock request from all the branches to proceed with order. 3. Verify on the PO, DO and invoices and make sure the order is completed 4. Coordinate with suppliers on discrepancies on delivery (shortage of item, wrong item delivered, etc) 5. Get updated from branches on the quality of the item and faulty items or any inconsistencies immediately. 6. Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock. 7. Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled. 8. Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner. 9. Take note on the expiring items/ medication and prepare for replacement and disposal.
