1. Liaise with HODs to establish job description (JD) and competency mapping, analyze employee training need and develop individual training plan as well as Training Calendar for the company. 2. Maintain employees’ training record. 3. Responsible for coordinating induction/ orientation trainings of new recruits before handing over to respective HOD for on-the-job training and probation. 4. Conduct Internal Quality Audits. 5. Reports to MD and/or Directors, any serious breach of the company's rules by any member of the organization. 6. Responsible for ensuring proper upkeep of company's premises. 7. Assist MD in the recruitment and resignation/ termination of staff. 8. Assist HODs with new employee induction/ orientation and probation. 9. Organize and coordinate company staff team building activities. 10. Coordinates all employees mass communication including display notice boards, display banners, posters, safety sign-boards, etc. 11. Carry out disbursement of monthly payrolls to employees. 12. Issue ‘letter of awards’ to sub-contractors. 13. Oversee security of the company via CCTV system and maintenance of all office equipment. 14. Handling staff salary calculation, EPF and SOCSO contributions. 15. Perform any other ad-hoc assignments from the superior or carry out assignments / tasks given by the Management from time to time. 16. Handles issues related to local authority and government body. 17. Liaise with suppliers and sub-cons where required.
