Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service and Engagement - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. - Foster a welcoming environment and build strong relationships with clients and visitors. 2. Co-Meeting Space Management - Oversee day to day operations of co-meeting spaces, ensuring a seamless experience for all users - Address members needs promptly and maintain professional atmosphere 3. Showroom support - Provide personalized assistance to customers in the showroom, explaining product features and benefits. - Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing. 3. Event Management - Plan, coordinate, and execute events, such as product launches, training sessions, and community gatherings. - Liaise with vendors and clients to ensure events are successfully managed. 4. Administrative duties: - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. - Prepare reports and documentations as required.
