Responsibilities Assist in managing day-to-day administrative and HR operations. Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) Crosscheck HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves) and payroll preparation (e.g absences, bonus and leaves) by Worksy Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company handbook Requirements and skills Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required; relevant certifications are a plus. Hand on experience with HR software, Worksy are a plus PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications Knowledge of labor legislation and foreign worker application
