ADMIN: - Apply, renew and maintain company licenses: - Facilities management - Maintaining office stationeries, pantry, photocopy machine - Assist Staff travel requirement (Air ticket & Accommodations) - Update office policies, circular company calendars events to all employees - Processing Claim - Managing courier/postal service (international/domestic) - Issue Sales Order, Invoice and Packing List using SAP system HUMAN RESOURCES: - Recruitment - Induction Training - Training, Seminar and HRDF - Maintain training and assessment records - Discipline and workers’ welfare Qualification & Experience - Minimum Diploma in HR or higher - Preferably 1-2 years of experience in similar position - Knowledge in Labour Laws and HR systems and procedures - Exposure in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is preferred but not necessary - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks - Good communication & presentation skills - Ability to make effective decision under pressure - Ability to meet deadlines
