BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities: 1. Sourcing for potential expansion proposals (shop lots or malls in Malaysia) and attend to enquiries. 2. Working seamlessly with agent, owner, landlord and internal department. 3. Conduct market research, traffic counts, and prepare all relevant reports to seek management approval. 4. Assist in leasing operational matters and renewal discussion. 5. Update and follow up on agreements and proposals. 6. Work closely with superior on overall department performance and goal. 7. Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when requires. Requirements: 1. Minimum Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in the relevant discipline. 2. At least 2 years relevant working experience in F&B/ Retail Business Development & Leasing. 3. Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point. 4. Efficient, accurate with details with good analytical skills. 5. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines. 6. Good working knowledge of Malaysian Retail Market is an added advantage. 7. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 8. Must be hardworking, responsible, reliable and be able to work independently and as part of team.
