Waiter/ Waitress

- Welcome guests, present menus, and provide detailed information about menu items and specials to ensure an exceptional dining experience. - Handle payments accurately using the POS system, ensuring the cash balance is accurate at the end of the shift, and address guest inquiries related to payments. - Set up, clear, and maintain cleanliness of tables throughout service. - Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards at all times. - Assist in opening, operating, and closing of shifts and execute daily operational tasks according to staff roster. - Support colleagues during peak service hours and assist with other duties as needed. - Able to work on shift and Overtime including weekends and public holidays. - Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
