WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You will be based in Pusat Rehabilitasi PERKESO Tun Abdul Razak, Melaka. WHAT YOU’LL DO 1. Procurement and Shipment Management: Handle the ordering of rehabilitation robots and related equipment, ensuring accurate and timely procurement processes. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to track shipments and address any delays or issues. Ensure proper documentation, including purchase orders, shipping documents, and customs clearance requirements. 2. Logistics Coordination: Plan and manage the logistics of transporting rehabilitation robots and equipment, including selecting carriers and negotiating shipping terms. Oversee customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with import/export regulations. Work with logistics partners to optimize transportation routes and reduce delivery times and costs. 3. Installation and Setup of Rehabilitation Machines: Coordinate the installation and setup of rehabilitation machines and other advanced rehabilitation systems. Liaise with technical teams, vendors, and internal staff to ensure smooth and efficient installation processes. Conduct inspections and testing of installed equipment to verify functionality and compliance with specifications. 4. ISO Audit and Compliance Management: Ensure all operations, procurement, and installation processes comply with ISO standards and other relevant certifications. Prepare documentation, records, and reports required for ISO audits. Collaborate with internal and external auditors during ISO assessments, addressing any non-conformities or observations. Develop and implement procedures to maintain continuous compliance with ISO requirements. 5. Vendor and Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure consistent quality and service. Negotiate contracts and pricing for rehabilitation equipment and related services. Address and resolve any disputes or issues with suppliers promptly. 6. Inventory and Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory, including current stock levels and future requirements. Ensure timely reordering of equipment and parts to prevent shortages or delays in operations. Track the lifecycle of equipment and coordinate maintenance or replacement as needed. 7. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all shipments, installations, and equipment use comply with relevant regulations and standards. Identify potential risks related to logistics, installation, or equipment operation and develop mitigation strategies. Stay updated on changes in regulatory and ISO requirements affecting operations. 8. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of all procurement, shipment, installation, and ISO audit activities. Prepare reports on procurement status, inventory levels, and project timelines for management review. Provide post-installation updates and ensure proper handover of equipment to the operational teams. 9. Support Operational Excellence: Collaborate with other departments to align equipment procurement and installation with operational needs. Propose improvements to procurement, logistics, and audit processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 10. Training and Support: Provide basic training to staff on the operation and maintenance of installed equipment. Act as a liaison between the centre and vendors for technical support or troubleshooting. 11. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay informed about advancements in rehabilitation technologies and recommend solutions to enhance patient care. Evaluate and propose new equipment or technologies that align with the centre’s objectives. 12. Other Duties as Assigned: Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by the employer REQUIRED QUALITIES: Candidate must possess at least Degree in any field. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English Familiarity with ISO standards and audit processes is required. Knowledge of rehabilitation equipment and advanced robotic systems is an advantage. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing vendor and supplier relationships. Proficiency in logistics, inventory, and compliance management software. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to challenges. IT Skills: Computer Literate. Teamwork: Strong team player. MINIMUM BASIC SALARY RM2500
