Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Product Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding market reach, and building long-term partnerships for our healthcare product portfolio. This role demands strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Strategy:
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and market penetration.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client queries and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Product Knowledge & Promotion:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s healthcare products, features, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target audiences.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase products and build brand awareness.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring:
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales outcomes, and market insights.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with product development, marketing, and operations teams to align business goals and ensure product-market fit.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer and market needs to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the healthcare or medical devices industry.
  • Strong network of contacts within the healthcare sector is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
