Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Product Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding market reach, and building long-term partnerships for our healthcare product portfolio. This role demands strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Strategy:
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and market penetration.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new clients and retain existing ones.
- Act as the main point of contact for client queries and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Product Knowledge & Promotion:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s healthcare products, features, and benefits.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target audiences.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase products and build brand awareness.
- Sales Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales outcomes, and market insights.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with product development, marketing, and operations teams to align business goals and ensure product-market fit.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on customer and market needs to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the healthcare or medical devices industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the healthcare sector is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
