Looking for candidates who can drive sales enablement programs for the sales team. About the Assignment: As part of Sales and Service Sales Enablement Team, you will be responsible for the upkeep and future development of our Center of Sales Excellence. The Program Coordinator will develop (collaboratively) company’s Sales Value Framework and Competencies to help Sales People truly understand our Customers' Objectives, Challenges, and the outcomes they want to achieve. This role is ideal for a self-starter who has demonstrated success in Sales and operating in a fast-growing environment, dealing with ambiguity, and solving problems with limited oversight. The day-to-day activities: 1. Work closely with the Sales Enablement Manager to optimize and execute key Sales programs e.g. Competency development training, Competency Assessment, Manager Coaching etc. 2. Coordinate with stakeholders across regions to align the onboarding list of new and current Grabbers, prepare and manage a Training Schedule and executing Training Programs. 3. Scope, source and develop best in class resources and training provided by the CoSE to improve our Sales Persons knowledge, sales strategies, and overall performance. 4. Support and troubleshoot access and learning program issues on Saleshub and other learning platforms for new joiners and existing learners across the organization. 5. Maintaining content freshness independently whilst coordinating with content owners/ subject matter experts for major product/ sales updates. 6. Management of sales/ training events and programs. The management responsibilities include support in coordinating attendees, managing and tracking timeline of the follow up and progress. 7. Manage learning contents and analytics (completion rate, cross market analysis, user performance etc) on Saleshub Learning to align with the Sales Enablement’s team KPIs. Essential Experience / Criteria: 1. 2+ years experience in sales enablement, digital marketing/advertising/sales, product management, and/or management consulting. 2. Past experience in managing sales enablement programs across multiple SEA regions will be prioritized. 3. Strong understanding of digital advertising, e-commerce and competitive landscape to identify product market fit of our products and solutions. 4. Strong operational & PMO skills who is inspired by data to make data-driven decisions. 5. Ability to work cross-functionally with Business, Sales team and subject matter experts. 6. Experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment and can balance setting strategic priorities with high-quality, tactical execution. 7. A high threshold for navigating ambiguity and building effective solutions that scale. 8. Extraordinary communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey across different level technical and strategic stakeholders. 9. Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides and Excel / Google Sheets skills. 10. Familiarity and experience with E-Learning development software (Articulate, Genuinely etc) is a plus. 11. Empathetic, compassionate and a team player.
