Finance Manager

Job Scope:

1. Financial Planning and Strategy

• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Prepare long-term and short-term financial forecasts
• Analyze market trends to identify business opportunities and risks.

2. Budgeting and Cost Management

• Prepare, monitor, and review annual budgets.
• Control and manage financial resources efficiently.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and implement savings strategies.

3. Financial Reporting and Analysis

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Present financial reports to stakeholders, including the board of directors.

4. Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities.
• Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.

5. Cash Flow and Asset Management

• Manage company cash flow to ensure liquidity.
• Oversee investment portfolios and optimize asset utilization.
• Ensure the proper management of accounts payable and receivable.

7. Tax Planning and Compliance

• Oversee tax planning to minimize tax liabilities.
• Ensure timely submission of all tax returns and payments.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and advise management accordingly.

Requirement:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as Senior Exec
• Diploma or Degree and above
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under deadlines
• A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Mandarin speaker will be advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
