Deliver exceptional customer service to walk-in and call-in customers.
Respond to customer and member enquiries, feedback, and requests in timely manner.
Utilize in-store interactive tools and product promotions to drive sales.
Maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand’s image.
Handle sales and membership transactions efficiently and accurately.
Proactively follow up on customer enquiries, feedback, and requests.
Engage with customers regularly to inform them about promotions and new product launches.
Perform daily stock-taking to ensure inventory accuracy.
Leverage basic beauty knowledge (if applicable) to enhance customerexperience.
Undertake any ad-hoc projects or duties related to sales as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
