We are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing who will lead the charge in elevating our brand identity while driving growth through strategic marketing efforts.
The Head of Marketing will spearhead all marketing initiatives, with a core emphasis on branding to establish the company as a leader in affordable fashion. This role requires the ability to craft and execute an integrated marketing strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and loyalty across digital and retail channels. As the brand steward, you will ensure consistent messaging and a compelling brand story at every customer touchpoint.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Brand Strategy & Development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to position the company as a trusted, stylish, and affordable fashion leader.
- Define and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.
- Identify unique brand differentiators and create campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
2. Digital & Retail Brand Integration
- Craft a unified brand story that bridges the gap between digital platforms and retail experiences.
- Design campaigns that enhance brand visibility online and attract foot traffic to physical stores.
- Lead efforts to create a seamless customer journey that reflects the brand’s identity across channels.
3. Campaign Leadership
- Oversee the planning and execution of brand-centric marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Create content-rich, storytelling-driven campaigns that build emotional connections with customers.
- Leverage digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, TikTok, Instagram) to amplify brand awareness while complementing in-store promotions.
4. Retail Branding
- Work closely with the retail team to implement in-store branding strategies, including visual merchandising, signage, and events.
- Develop and promote location-specific campaigns to enhance brand presence in key retail markets.
5. Retail Branding
- Lead the creation of branded digital content that aligns with the brand’s ethos and customer expectations.
- Drive the development of video, social media, and email content that tells the brand’s story effectively.
- Ensure website content, design, and messaging reflect the brand’s personality and values.
6. Partnerships & Influencer Collaborations
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners who align with the brand’s identity.
- Develop co-branded initiatives and events to extend reach and visibility.
7. Data-Driven Branding Decisions
- Use customer insights and analytics to refine the brand’s positioning and messaging.
- Monitor brand perception through tools like surveys, focus groups, and social listening platforms.
- Measure the impact of branding campaigns on key metrics such as awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty.
8. Team Leadership
- Build and mentor a marketing team focused on branding, digital campaigns, and retail integration.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
- Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and retail teams to deliver a consistent brand message.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
- More than 5 years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on branding, particularly in fashion or retail industries.
- Proven track record of building and managing a successful brand across digital and retail platforms.
- Experience in executing storytelling-driven campaigns that resonate emotionally with customers.
- Deep understanding of brand development and customer engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, Instagram) and tools (Google Analytics, CRM).
- Expertise in retail-specific branding, including in-store experiences and visual merchandising.
- Visionary thinker with strong leadership and storytelling abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams, partners, and stakeholders.
- Creativity and attention to detail in delivering cohesive and impactful branding.
- Willing to relocate/travel in Kapar, Klang.
WORKING DAYS & HOURS
- Monday - Saturday, (Saturday work from home)
- 1 days Rest Day.
- 9.00am - 5.30pm with 1 hour meal break.
