Qualifications: Responsibilities:
- University Diploma/Degree or equivalent preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years in Project Management Experience, preferably in global setting
- Experience working in the automotive industry or with high-profile clients preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills & Ability to facilitate effective communication
- Liaison and Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Client and the operations team in APAC
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
Project Coordination and Management:- Coordinate project activities between Client’s APAC team and the operations team in APAC.
- Develop and manage project plans and timelines.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Communication and Reporting:- Facilitate regular communication between the client and the operations team through meetings, emails, and reports.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to the client and internal stakeholders.
Issue Resolution:- Provide support to any escalations from the operation’s team in APAC by working with Client APAC
Training and Development:- Provide training and support to the operations team to ensure they understand client expectations and project requirements.
Performance Monitoring:- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Track project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and take corrective actions as needed.
