Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years in Project Management Experience, preferably in global setting
  • Experience working in the automotive industry or with high-profile clients preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaison and Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact between the Client and the operations team in APAC
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
    Project Coordination and Management:
    • Coordinate project activities between Client’s APAC team and the operations team in APAC.
    • Develop and manage project plans and timelines.
    • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
    Communication and Reporting:
    • Facilitate regular communication between the client and the operations team through meetings, emails, and reports.
    • Prepare and present regular project status reports to the client and internal stakeholders.
    Issue Resolution:
    • Provide support to any escalations from the operation’s team in APAC by working with Client APAC
    Training and Development:
    • Provide training and support to the operations team to ensure they understand client expectations and project requirements.
    Performance Monitoring:
    • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
    • Track project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and take corrective actions as needed.
