Job Description:
- Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations while ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Maintain high-quality standards for beverages and address customer complaints promptly.
- Conduct cleanliness inspections and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate on menu creation, monitor item performance, and incorporate industry trends.
- Negotiate with suppliers, manage stock levels, and reduce wastage.
- Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze financial reports to meet targets.
- Plan promotions, track market trends, and coordinate with the marketing team to boost sales.
- Provide insights on local market opportunities and collaborate on long-term goals with HQ.
- Manage relationships with licensees, ensuring compliance with agreements and clear communication.
- Identify opportunities for expansion, lead new projects, and manage partner relations.
- Plan and oversee renovations, balancing budget constraints and quality improvements.
- Implement cost-saving measures and utilize technology to streamline processes.
- Use data-driven insights to improve operations and generate performance reports.
- Calculate beverage costs for existing and new menu items to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with HQ and finance teams for accurate invoicing, rebates, and financial tracking.
Requirements:
- Experience 2 years or more, preferably with chain store experience, a few years of experience in the newer F&B industry is preferred
- Proven track record of managing teams and overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Experience with inventory management, supplier negotiations, and budgeting.
- Flexible and adaptable to work in fast-paced environments, including weekends or holidays.
