  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

This position involves strategic capital markets advisory including IPO processes in recognized stock exchanges (such as Nasdaq, NYSE and Bursa Exchange), M&A advisory, Pre-IPO and Post-IPO obligations and corporate governance oversight.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for provision of corporate advisory and related services to client.
  • Assist to prepare proposals, presentation pitch books and mandate
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities, providing proactive recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on strategic opportunities.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior team members in project management/co-ordination of engagements to meet project objectives, timeline an ensuring compliance with the relevant guidelines
  • Identify and resolve issues by actively engaging with all relevant stakeholders
  • Liaising with external advisers, authorities and clients to ensure smooth transactions
  • Maintain and enhance close business rapport with client and partners to ensure continuous relationships
  • Keeping abreast with developments in the relevant legislations & guidelines, local and foreign economies, stock market and relevant industries
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Assist to maintain compliance repository

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience either as a practicing lawyer or in house counsel.
  • Candidates with corporate law and capital market experience is preferred
  • Required languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good analytical skills for problem solving and deals structuring.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
