Responsibilities: Role primarily provide support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department involving managing recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. The HR Executive will ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Payroll:
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll processing and administration within the company.
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Work with department managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Promote a positive work environment through effective employee relations practices.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee development initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
HR Policy Implementation:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to across the organization.
- Update and maintain employee handbooks and policy manuals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
- Prepare and manage HR documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
- Handle payroll processing and benefits administration in coordination with the finance department.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
- Conduct periodic audits of HR processes and records to ensure compliance.
- Support in the preparation of statutory reports and filings.
HR Projects:
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing employee engagement.
- Assist in the implementation of HR technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of regional HR experience covering Singapore, preferably in Financial Services industry.
- Well experienced in Payroll, conducting reference check,recruitment and general HR spectrum.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and proactive.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
