Sales Admin Assistant
Job Description:
- Maintain accurate sales records and databases, ensuring all information is up to date.
- Assist in processing sales orders, including entry, tracking, and follow-up.
- Generate and distribute sales reports, helping to track performance and identify trends.
- Liaise between sales teams and other departments, facilitating smooth operations and effective communication.
- Help monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure product availability.
- Gather and analyze business trend to identify areas for improvement in products and services
- Perform other ad hoc assignments and tasks as and when requested by management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma in Business or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, independent, work under pressure & meet a tight deadline.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
