- As a Sales Administrative Executive in the Company, you are expected to support all sales administrative matters which include the following: -
- Provide administrative support to the Manager in turnkey projects, which includes coordinating, managing, and overseeing ad-hoc projects for all departments of the company.
- Overseeing, managing, and being responsible for the daily running of the showroom and offices. To ensure that the total upkeep of the showroom is managed in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
- Work with country heads to devise, maintain, and improve office systems, including data management and SOP for the company when needed.
- Attend weekly staff/management meetings, and record minutes of meetings when required.
- Prepare documentation related to pre and after-sales servicing matters, which includes quotations, service contracts, and service reports when required.
- professionally represent the Company always as an ambassador of the Company.
- To oversee and manage client database, which includes establishing a comprehensive and accurate database of our existing customers and prospects daily via Salesforce and manual lists related to pre and after-sales.
- Attend/assist phone inquiries and walk-in customers/prospects and forward detailed information to the sales and aftersales department.
- General administrative work is required, e.g., managing dispatches, courier documents, emails, accounts receivable (debtors aging) follow-up, etc.
- Always maintain a high level of enthusiasm with all colleagues and customers.
- Understand the company mission and business vision.
- Able to multi-task, be organized, tidy, and detail orientated.
- Introduce and recommend new and improved ideas as well as suggestions for the administration and daily operations of the company and sales department.
- Have good product knowledge of all products and services offered by the Company.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years proven experience in an operations management position.
- Strong working knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in the supply chain and logistics field.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
