  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Host live streaming sessions on social media platforms like TikTok to promote products.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally during live streams to ensure a positive experience.
  • Meet monthly sales targets by actively promoting and selling products to potential customers.
  • Provide personalized product recommendations that align with customers’ preferences and budgets.
  • Process customer orders efficiently, including handling payments and coordinating deliveries.
  • Ensure gold jewelry is displayed attractively and professionally during live sessions and in-store.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with product exchanges, returns, or repairs as requested.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Skills Required:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent.
